Each Fetha Styx fishing rod is expertly designed and crafted using the finest materials and components. To make sure you enjoy your rod for years to come, Fetha Styx offers an excellent warranty and optional programs to make sure you stay on the water.

To activate the limited lifetime warranty and/or participate in the Express Programs and Homewater Year-One Program you must register your rod within 30 days of purchase. To register your rod please click on "Register Your Rod" and print a copy of the registration form. FETHA STYX LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fetha Styx carries a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser/owner. If your rod fails, ship the entire damaged rod in a disposable container - prepaid and insured at your cost. If the rod has failed due to a manufacturer defect we will pay the return shipping costs with no additional charges. Please print out a copy of our Warranty Claim Form that will be included in the disposable container.

• If the problem is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, the rod or rods will be replaced for you as soon as possible.
• If the damage is due to an accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modification/customization of the finished rod, the rod will be evaluated and we will quote you of the cost of repair or replacement. We will await your approval before proceeding.
• Please allow 10 business days for processing in order to provide you with optimal service.
• Fetha Styx reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Fetha Styx product covered by this warranty. If a product happens to be discontinued, Fetha Styx will replace with a comparable model determined by Fetha Styx. Please be aware that components and colors may vary between original and replacement parts.
• No upgrades or exchanges on damaged rods.
• Please ship all warranty claims directly to Fetha Styx at 17371 NE 67th Court #A-7 Redmond, WA 98052 with the filled out copy of the Warranty Claim Form.

Fetha Styx Limited Lifetime Warranty

Fetha Styx rods are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws.

Fetha Styx will not warranty any models that have be altered or modified from their original builds.

If your rod breaks please send it in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, with DATE PROOF OF PURCHASE to:

Please include a brief explanation of how the rod failed or is broken along with a return address, daytime phone number, and check or money order in the amount of $20.00 in U.S. funds for return shipping and handling. The rod plus the container must not be over 108” or it will not be shipped. If the problem is due to a defect in the materials and workmanship the rods will be repaired to you or replaced with a comparable model. If the problem was due to an accident, misuse, alteration or normal wear and tear, we will quote you on the cost of repair or replacement. We will wait to be advised of how to proceed with the repair or replacement of rod. Please allow 10-12 working days for processing.

Fetha Styx Dealers are not authorized to make any warranty decisions. In order for your rod to obtain the proper warranty inspection and determination, the damaged rod must be send directly to Fetha Styx Fishing Rod Repair Center.

· Fetha Styx does not warranty factory 2nd or rod models that have been discontinued.

EXPRESS PROGRAM

For the original registered purchaser of a Fetha Styx Homewater rod, after the first year of ownership, Fetha Styx offers a $75.00 dollar plus shipping replacement program which covers your rod for two (2) more years. You can take advantage of this program by either calling us at 1-877-856-9545 or bringing your Homewater rod to an authorized Homewater Express Program dealer. You must fill out the Warranty Claim Form when sending your broken rod to Fetha Styx. This form is available via the internet at www.fethastyx.com, or at your local authorized Fetha Styx dealer.

How does this work?

  • 1. After purchasing your new Homewater fishing rod, you must complete and send in the registration card within 30 days.
  • 2. If your rod breaks after the first year from the original date of purchase, you will need to call Fetha Styx directly at 1-877-856-9545 or bring your broken rod into an authorized dealer.
  • 3. If you bring the broken rod to an authorized Homewater Express Program dealer and they carry the same model, you can replace the rod immediately and fill out the Warranty Claim Form provided by dealer.
  • 4. If you contact Fetha Styx directly for replacement, we will collect your information, the rod model, and payment information, provide you with the shipping cost, then immediately ship a replacement rod via your choice of overnight, 2nd-day or standard ground delivery, along with a prepaid return label.
  • 5. When you receive your new Fetha Styx Homewater rod please remove it from the packaging and replace the broken rod and all the pieces, if possible, into that same container, along with the Warranty Claim Form. This form is available online at www.fethastyx.com.
  • 6. Then place the enclosed prepaid and insured shipping label on the outside of the packaging and drop it off at your nearest FedEx authorized shipping outlet.
  • 7. In the event you do not return the broken rod within 30 days of receiving your replacement, you authorize Fetha Styx to charge your credit card the full manufacturer’s suggested retail price of the replacement rod in addition to the $75.00 dollars and shipping costs already paid.

The cost is $75.00 dollars plus shipping US (per broken rod) for standard ground delivery only (Master Card, AMEX or VISA only). You authorize Fetha Styx to charge your VISA, AMEX or Master Card in the amount of $75.00 plus shipping. The Fetha Styx Homewater Express Program is available for Homewater series rods only. This does not apply to custom rods or discontinued models. The Fetha Styx Homewater Express Program is a two (2) year only offer that applies to the original owner/purchaser of the rod. This program begins at the beginning of your second year of ownership and concludes after 36 months from date of purchase.
